The application has no backend server, no database, and no analytics or tracking of any kind.---How the app worksAll processing happens entirely within your browser, inside the Webflow Designer environment. HTML and CSS you paste into the extension is processed locally and used only to create elements on your Webflow canvas. This content is never sent to any external server, third party, or remote service.---Webflow Designer APICodetoCanvas.io interacts with your Webflow site solely through Webflow's official Designer API to create page elements and apply styles. It does not read, store, or transmit any site content beyond what is necessary to complete the import operation within your active Designer session.---Third-party servicesCodetoCanvas.io does not integrate with or send data to any third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or external APIs.---Cookies and trackingCodetoCanvas.io does not use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, or any other tracking or persistence mechanism.---Changes to this policyIf this policy changes, the updated version will be made available through the Webflow Marketplace listing. Terms and Conditions — CodetoCanvas.ioLast updated: May 2026---1. Acceptance of termsBy installing or using CodetoCanvas.io ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Justin Miller ("Developer"), the individual developer of HTML Importer.---2. Description of the AppCodetoCanvas.io is a Webflow Designer Extension that converts HTML markup and CSS stylesheets into native Webflow elements within the Webflow Designer. The App operates entirely within the Webflow Designer environment and interacts with your Webflow site exclusively through Webflow's official Designer API.---3. LicenseSubject to your compliance with these Terms, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App solely for your personal or internal business purposes within the Webflow platform.You may not:— Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its source code
— Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
— Sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or otherwise commercially exploit the App
— Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
— Use the App to infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party---4. No warrantyThe App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:— Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
— That the App will meet your requirements or expectations
— That the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
— That the results obtained from use of the App will be accurate or reliable
— That any errors in the App will be correctedYour use of the App is at your sole risk. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content imported using the App before publishing or relying on it.---5. Limitation of liabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:— Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business
— Damage to your Webflow site or its content
— Costs of recovering or recreating lost data
— Any other damages arising out of or related to your use of the AppThis limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.In no event shall the Developer's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim. Since the App is currently provided free of charge, the Developer's total liability shall not exceed fifty US dollars ($50).---6. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.---7. Intellectual propertyAll content, design, code, and materials comprising the App are the intellectual property of the Developer and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.HTML and CSS content you import using the App remains your property or the property of its respective owners. The Developer makes no claim to any content you process through the App.---8. Third-party platformThe App operates within the Webflow platform. Your use of Webflow is governed by Webflow's own Terms of Service and policies, which are independent of these Terms. The Developer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Webflow, Inc.The Developer is not responsible for any changes Webflow makes to its platform, APIs, or policies that may affect the functionality of the App.---9. Changes to the App and these TermsThe Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice or liability. The Developer also reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be made available through the Webflow Marketplace listing. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.---10. TerminationThe Developer may terminate your license to use the App at any time for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App. Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, and 11 of these Terms shall survive termination.---11. Governing lawThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Massachusetts.---12. SeverabilityIf any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.---13. Entire agreementThese Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Developer with respect to the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.---14.
